Iv'e just gone back to my thief guild to pay the quota-master but I cant find him, Iv'e given all the thieves their orders for the next 5 days and been told to pay Joster, but he isn't there, Iv'e been to see Renal but he just tells me to talk to my luitenant. Where is Joster?????

Check your log and see when you paid him last. It has to be
five days after then, before you can pay him. You can also
try resting in the guild for a day or two. Then you can check
and see if he pops up.

Try that, cuz i played a thief for 2days before starting over. Or check the floor by the entrance to the cellar. He should be there, check all the thieves names. If not, could be a bug
