when making items yourself, there is a chance to fail on the item

anyone know if this chance is dependent upon the spell your placing on the item, or your skill with enchantment?

Also, If i were to create 4 items each with constant camoflage ability of 25%, would that then make me constantly camoflaged at 100%? or do they not add up that way? im soooo sick of those damn cliff racers and other weak things that constantly attack outdoors and so wish to be unseen.

Also...how exactly does camoflage work?
i managed to get a 100% 24 second camoflage
and it says it doesnt drop when i attack or do things
but when i attack people can see me fine which makes no sense if its 100% i shouldnt be visible; i also tried this with a constant invisibility item; the way that should have worked would be for me to be invisible all of the time, and when i attack i become visible and then disapear again by re equiping the amulet, but people can see me fine while im invisible after i re equip it.

Seems the only way to stay invisible in combat is to buy invisibility potions since they you drink them they actually do make you invisible

P.S. anyone know of some good axes to use? i havent found a daedric axe yet or anything similar, which really sucks since all of my oponents are wielding daedric items and im stuck with a pathetic silvery axe

managed to get 100 enchant/restoration...
and i fail 100% of the time trying to make my ebony cuiress have a 1-2 point constant health regeneration; gawd what a waste of money training that skill up was.
