I have a level 3 priest who has 2 level 3 spells in his inventory that he can not learn... Glyph of Warding & Prayer

why? Is it possibly becuase he already has 7 spells memorized and there is not enough room? When I click on the spells in inventory the usual page pops up with the spell description but the learn buttons are not there... Thanks for any help.

Clerics learn the spells they are allowed to have based on their class automagically. They do not memorize spells like mages do, you can use these scrolls to cast the spell, but you have no need to memorize the spells. (If they're priest-type spells, if your cleric doesn't have them (And s/he's the right level) then they are druid spells, but either can class can use the scrolls.

Priests don't learn spells from scrolls. They learn all their allowed spells automatically as soon as they can cast them. The priest scrolls are in the game for one-time use only -- put them in your quick item slots. Or sell them.
