First of all, talk to the Gravekeeper (the guy who looks like beggar). He will tell you a bit more.
Now go to the Bridge District. Down in the south-west part of the district, you'll find the guy dressed in red.</font>

Where can I find the gravekeeper who looks like a beggar? =) In the grave district or?

The gravekeeper that looks like a beggar is just north of where Tirdir was barried alive.
