i have two magik cristals to enter to the dragon palace,but I can't take a third,maybe his is in the chest after two

The pool where the Colacanth was goes down, turns, and comes back up into another cave where a burning Shrine is. As you approach the Shrine, it begins to talk and gives you a Ring, which can be used to move the rocks out of the way so you can get to that chest.

You need to find an area where you can swim through an underwater passage. At the end of that there is a Guardian of Earth who will give you a ring. YOu will then be able to access the area behind the boulders.
