how come most of you have them pictures on the left where your names and that are. where do you get them?

No, you mean the avatars, right? The number of posts you have point out which avatar you get. In your case, you'll get your first picture when you reach 50 posts. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif
