Normally, I don't use evil characters. I tried using Viscona and she left and one point because my rep was too high. My question is do all evil characters leave when your rep gets above a certain number? What number? I want to include Korgan and Viscona in my next party.. Please help...

Evil characters will leave when your Rep. reaches 19.

Yes, unfortunately, evil characters will leave if your reputation is 18 or higher. There is a table in the back of the manual where you can see exactly which reactions different party members will have to your reputation.
