Hey I killed a lich in the bridge district and got a golden torso, then I did the same in the cult of the eyeless map and got golden arms & legs. Where is the 3rd lich? has he got the golden head I presume? (must be I suppose)? And what happens when you get all three? Plz tell, spoilers welcome

I think you have all the pieces you need. Go downstairs in the home to the right of the Sea Bounty Inn (or something like that) in the Docks.

I'd heard you get the head somewhere else?. Possibly under the in in the Gate district?.
