You can still complete the quest. I was only able to give him3 of the 5 arrows my characters had, but they all got credit back at the guild. So give him as many as he will take and then sell the rest since they are pretty expensive.

I have already turned in 3 dragon arrows with 3 diff. chars at an earlier time. Now that I try and turn in one with my monk, it says Torin does not accept the dragon arrow. WTF!

Anyone know anything about this?
