As far as I remember it's not on that map area at all. I remember a strange house in the NorthEast of the Druid's Grove map which might shed some light on the situation for you. Memories hazy but I think this is what you're after.

if you talk to a person above the crypt in trademart, she will tell you that Rakshasa is actual the witch in druid grove as above.
i had heaps of trouble with this one as well, kept thinking it was in the crypt and tring to find a way in.

It was made pretty easy for me. Sir Anomen recognized her evilness right through. (I think any Paladin would as well)She was caught off guard and we took her out pretty quick

shes in the house northeast of the druid grove... besides theres only one house there. if you explored trademeet well, you will meet a shadow thief i guess, telling you her whereabouts
