Water that is. Since summer is approaching the northern hemisphere it is important to drink enough water. 2 liters is the recommended intake a day. If you can manage 3 that's great. If you drink coffe or alcohol you need to increase the water intake a little to compensate for the loss. [img]smile.gif[/img] Just a heads up.
