One i find most caring

the act i find most caring is listening without having the answers, because in reality no one but another survivor has the answers for me. If one who has not had this experience can listen, even if i have talked about the same thing over and over again and can listen intently without losing patience, i find that most caring.Don't expect me to cry, don't expect me to fall apart, don't expect me to say thank you for listening, don't expect me to ask for your advice and don't expect me to have all the answers, just listen, listen to what my heart is saying. Set aside everything you have for a moment and just listen and through the listening, let my experience teach you too, for pain is supposed to teach others and when one wants to teach me, one has just invalidated my pain, they have no clue what iam going through, and in a subconcious way one has just held themselves above me. Those who don't endure this pain are not above me or below me, they are just blessed to not have to deal with it. And if one listens closely enough, they will learn about themselves too and dont' be afraid of the pain that arises in you either and don't try to match pain with pain, sounds selfish but at that point i don't care , i will care later, but not at the precise point.
