I believe you are talking about Kangaxx body parts(very hard lich, has ring or gaxx the best ring in the game.) I think his house is in the dock districts in between Cromwell's house and that inn(I forget the name.) Take them there.

Hes a tough little bugger. Toughest fight in the game IMO. Be Prepared. Dont do it until youre a fairly high level or youll get a really annoying lesson in what its like to get smoked.
