The town hall has given me the option of the werewolf quest, and I was quick to take the offer. But, I've spent plenty of time wandering the woods hunting for any sign of it and haven't found any, could someone give me an idea of where I should be looking?

Look in the area SW of Dragon's Spire. You should find the werewolf over there somewhere.
