I'm just about finished chapter 3 but I have a couple of quests I couldn't finish. I'm supposed to kill a couple of orcs and give their heads to someone - I only found Vaath (in Coldwood). Where's the other orc?

Also I went in a cave with orcs and drow in Moonwood, there's a locked door that says it's the room of King Obould and he's away right now and might be back later. Will he be back? When?

The other orc leader is near the fort. When you enter the fort area, immediately go right, you'll come to the cave.

After you bring back the two orc heads, the quest giver, Rolkid, will ask you to kill the king, who should be back by then.
