I am playing with the Improved Items Mod installed and want the dwarf smithy in the docks (sorry, short name blackout) to improve my items. But there seems to be trouble with at least two on the list, maybe due to translation problems as I am playing the German version (the German mod is not fully reliable in its translation):
1. Robe of the Good Archmagi
Should be improved with scrolls of chain contingency and ghost armor (and money of course). But in the German version there are two spells each of this name: Chain contingency level 4 and 7/ Ghost armor level 3 and 4.
Which spells are needed (please name level and description for identification)?

2. Ankheg Plate armor
Should be improved with 2 protection from acid scrolls. Does he mean the spell scrolls or the green protection scrolls?

Im willing to bet you wont find that blue scroll...as far as I know theres only 1 blue scroll in SoA, and its not in a very obvious place...

Then buy a green one, cheat in a blue one and drop the green one, problem solved...

You want the level "6" Contingency and the level 4 "Ghost Armor". The level 4 chain contingency in the German version is most likely Minor Sequencer, and the level 4 "Ghost Armor" is really Spirit Armor.

PS: Are you sure that it's Chain Contingency (a level 9 spell) and not Contingency (a level 6 spell)?

PPS: Did you get the German version of the Improved Items mod?

No...just be on the lookout for merchants in odd places. Hang around the east side of Waukeen's Promenade at night. Go to the City Gates about 4 days after leaving Athkatla. Merchants in odd places. ;)
