Just a point of direction, where is stout mines?

The main entrance is to the south. There's another entrance to the north near the dragon spire, but you won't be able to get past the bronze dragon, some kind of force field blocks your path. Go into the southern entrance instead.

Starting at Ishad N'ha, you gotta west for a while and then south to get to it. Actually, if you go to Ironworks' Wizards and Warriors area and click on maps, you'll find a helpful map of all of Gael Serran.
