Does it mean anything if Aerie becomes Minsc's Witch?

This all happened spontaneously a few days ago.

If Aerie is wounded badly... Minsc bellows something like "my witch I must protect her!" and goes after whatever is attacking her. (i think this is all that happens anyway!)

It just means that if Aerie gets low in hp, Minsc will go beserk and try to save her, but he may try to kill anything he sees as well (ie party members).

Keep her above 15 HP or you feel Minsc's wrath...

Minsc needed a witch to protect since he failed with Dynaheir.

Don't worry that, for example, Minsc will leave if you dump Aerie, like in BG, when you kick out Dynaheir(never could stand her, BTW) Minsc leaves. Just decide who YOU need. You can kick out Aerie, take in Nalia ( good move, IMHO) Minsc is with you to the death.
