My Ranger-Cleric has charisma 4 as i heard there was a ring of human influence(charisma18?)but I can't find it.I want my pc to be the leader but as he has such low charisma hes a useless talker. can anyone help me and tell me where the ring is?? PLEASE?

It's in the Circus.

Once you defeat Kalah, search his corpse. You'll find it on him.

my ranger-cleric has str18 dex18 con18 int15 wis18 and cha3-without cheating.
