y want to know because y put a lots of feats ( 5 ) on the katana

AFAIK the only magical katana Celestial Fury which is a +3 weapon and has some neat effects. You have to fight a fairly tough battle to get it though.

Later on in ToB you get another one called Hindo's Doom which when upgraded is a +4. But that's much, much later in the game.

So for SoA CF is about the only one worth having. I think there may be one or two other magical katanas (+1, +2, etc) but these are just straight bonuses to THACO with no other magical benefit.

IMO make sure your fighters can use the following weapons effectively:

Missile weapons:
Crossbows
Long & short bows
Sling

Melee weapons:
2H Sword (if you have a paladin, make sure he gets this skill!)
Long Sword
Flail
Mace
Axe
Halberd
Quarterstaff

Long sword, mace & axe are important as later on you'll find weapons that are especially effective vs undead - and there are a LOT of undead in the game.

You understate the value of Celestial Fury. I just took it
and beat their whole gang with the two katana's I took off
Koshi. Solo, with nothing but the Horn of Valhalla and
Vhailor's Helm. An eleventh level beserker and a ninth. It
took about ten times just to survive long enough to get C.F.
but as soon as I did, it was over.

I've never used Vhailor's Helm before, but that's another
awesome item.

I just started to play yesterday. i just want to know if i made a good choice, it looks like not, jeje

all i can say is katana's a great weapons in this. they're genrally the fastest and some of the most damaging. (speed factor 1 and 1D10+?)
