the small tech help files with game advise turning off EZDesk Utilities when the game crashes to desktop. I have no idea where this utility is or how to turn it off. Can anyone out there help?

When in Windows, press Ctrl/Alt/Del once. This brings up your Close Program window. If you have EZdesktop Utilities running, it will be listed there. Just click on it, then on EndTask to close it. If it wasn't listed, you don't have the program or you don't have it running.
