Hi guys,

How to deal with this Leprechaun fellow?
He keeps running away from me and is not
affected by any spell.

Welcome to the board, Lancelot!!!

You don't have to get the Leprechaun to solve the quest - if that is what you are thinking. The quest is solved by going through Anephas' Tomb/Temple of Isis, locating the area in which you will speak to Kerah and swimming out to the surface. There you will find the Leprechaun's treasure and that is the proof you need!
