yes, the jester gets the stun. Remember, the jester has the offensive song. I don't know where u could find the patch, look around ironworks.

In my version of BG2, the jester song confuses monsters with a +4 saving throw, and thats it...

Without the patch, its supposed to do that. But with the patch i heard, u can stun them at higher levels.
