LONDON (AP) - Are there ghostly goings-on at Henry VIII's palace, or is that hazy image of a fellow in fancy robes just a bit of Christmas cheer?

Closed-circuit security cameras at Hampton Court Palace, the huge Tudor pile outside London, seem to have snagged an ethereal visitor. Could it be a ghost?

"We're baffled too. It's not a joke. We haven't manufactured it," Vikki Wood, a Hampton Court spokeswoman said when asked if the photo the palace released was a Christmas hoax. "We genuinely don't know who it is or what it is."

OK I gathered up my courage and decided to see it...It may be real but it looks very fake like a character from a movie, kinda like the ghost of Christmas Past or the Ghost of Christmas Present!

Big deal, every castle and mansion in Britain has a ghost. Ghosts and Brits go hand in hand. :D

I can see you are all a bit tense roght now, so I thought it's time for a small joke.
An american is looking to buy a castle in Britain. He makes a few calls and sets up a tour of the place with it's current owner. After browsing about the castle, which looked really good, the american asks the owner: "The castle is excellent, the rooms perfect and the land is beautifull... But... I've heard stories of a ghost who wanders the castle. is there such a thing?"
Shocked, the owned answers: "Ghosts!? No, sir. I haven't seen a ghost around here for the last five hundred and seventeen years.
