I'd like it if some of you cool people posted your favorite party order.. not with NPCs, just what type of party would perform the best, in order of party formation.. something like this...
1. Fighter(Kensai)/Monk Melee Combat 2. Paladin (Undead Hunter) Melee Combat 3. Cleric (Lothander) Melee/Magical Combat 4. Mage/Sorceror Ranged/Magical Combat 5. Theif (Swashbuckler) Ranged Combat 6. I wonder, has anyone ever played the more or less classic storybook party:
Cavalier, for the righteous leader, a Dwarven Berserker with an axe who likes his alehttp://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif, the wise Elven Archer who knows his way around woods, a Cleric of choice for the backup spells, a sneeky Halfing Thief(or assasin not sure), and last but not least, a wise and powerfull mage. With this party you'd have all the bases covered and I think it would be pretty cool to play. |
This is my party without using Shadow Keeper... http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif

Cavalier ----> Melee Combat
Dualclassed Fighter/Cleric ----> Melee Combat, Priest Duties Sorcerer ----> Magical Combat Blade ----> Melee Support, Magic Support, Pickpocketer Multiclassed Mage/Thief ----> Trap Disarmer, Lockpicker, Magic Support, Range Support Berserker ----> Melee Combat ------------------ If not a Sorcerer casting total oblivion, then a Cavalier meting out justice. Otherwise, I think I will just be a Blade and torture my enemies with, "My Heart Will Go On". http://www.angelfire.com/poetry/ds_s...Dundee_Sig.gif Platinium Sorcerer of Aerie Loving Sacred Band! ------------------------- Party Sorcerer Spell List, v1.03 Dragon Slaying Tips For your daily dosage of insanity, http://www.crfh.net/images/newbanner.gif |
Ahhh, my newest party...when I get them up to speed, because I decided to replay the entire game
Dwarf Beserker - my main melee character Fighter with 2 weapon specialization that will dual class into a cleric when the fighter reaches level 9. I'm going with War Hammer, Mace and Flail proficiencies so I can use those big bad weapons, 1 in each hand. Fighter that dual classes into a thief right from the start. Grand Master of the short bow. (2) Fighters that dual classes into a Mage when fighter gets level 9. Grand Master of the Long Bow for one, grand master of crossbow for the other. Sorceror. So, mixing up the classes, I'll have (3) mages, (4) range weapon characters, (2) main melee guys, (1) thief, (1) cleric, and (5) fighters.... |
Me - Bard
Minsc - Ranger Jaheira - Fighter/Druid Anomen - Fighter/Cleric Valygar - Stalker Imoen - Mage/Thief This makes a truly, er, ass kicking party http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif ------------------ Later, http://home-3.12move.nl/~se021070/sig3.gif |
