The first time I tried I succeeded. Now I cant because as soon as he comes up he starts talking. I have ABSOLUTELY NO time to pick him. Am I doing something wrong or what? Im getting pissed.

Do as I did - Use the infamous slow-otion feature enabled only by a space bar pressing marathon - once you time it just right he's blue RIGHT before he starts talking AND it's paused. Then he's ripe for the picking http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Well Ive done it several times now and I can not tell if there is anything in particular that keeps him from speaking immedeately. Sometimes he gives you long enough and sometimes he doesnt (even with the space bar marathon). Oh well, I guess there just isnt anything I was doing that caused it.
