I'm starting my second go at BG2 and am stuck quite early on. This time I sided with Bodhi and I retreived the crate for her from the docks. However, the door in the graveyard which leads to the crypts (the one you leave from after joining her) is barred and I can't open it. Lacking the shadow thieves' assistance I also don't have a golem to force open the door in the tomb area beneath the graveyard. I just finished reading all 600 post msgs and there actually was someone else who asked this question but the answer is not working. The door you exit the crypt from simply won't open. I've sat next to it and rested many times hoping for her to appear or for the door to be open. Night, day, dawn, doesn't matter.

Can anyone please tell me how I get back into the crypt to deliver the shipment to Bodhi?

its possible that you have to enter the graveyard district at a certain time. if you rest at the door the game may not change it while your already in the area. try going into the sgraveyard district at certain times.. not sure but i hope that helps.. if it does then leave a reply here to let other people know because it seems like a common problem
