what do u need to do so that u can get offered bohdi's quest? once i go into the slums district the gay ass Gaylum guy comes up and what ever i do i can't reject his offer...

You will get more offers when the time is right. Obviously all want money, and if you do not have any, then you aint going to get any offers either. Just work up your cash and you will have to make the choice, once the time is right.

Once you collect the 15k gold, a "vampire chick" named Valen (sp?) I believe appears before you and says you need to speak with her "master" before going to the Shadow Thieves. This is the "plot hook" where you choose sides for this rather involved side quest.

You have to go to the graveyard at night so see her. It doesnt matter if u have accepted the shadow theives offer, u can just ignore them
