when u battle Irenicus, sometimes someone dies and before i can get things back in order, Irenicus dies and i go to hell. Can i get those dropped items back?

I think only if you cheated to get them back, using Shadowkeeper.

Those items are transported with you. The same way as Illasera's items are transported to pocket plane in ToB.

I've got the same problem. I had Korgan die in the same battle and although some of his stuff transported over alot of it didn't ie ring of ram , a helmet etc.
I wasn't too bothered cos' i had a lot of spare equipment anyway .But now in TOB , I've just finished off Yara Suga & thought I'd go back to Watchers Keep (did 2 lvs in SOA) , but now found out I've lost the device that lets you in. I had given it to Korgan for safekeeping - doh!!
Always said I would never cheat , but I'm tempted now !!
