Staff of Magi = Bridge district, deserted house with many traps. You'll need a rogue stone. Be prepared for a tough fight.

Ring of Gaxx = Cellar of deserted house, Docks. You'll have to travel to two other areas and get involved in some tough fights, all will be revealed in the cellar at the tomb.
