With help from this board I managed to make it to the Naga. I just can't kill her before she kills me. Also, any suggestions for killing the priestess?

Only help I can offer is that my party is made of one Charactor (A Monk) I drank the potion and whooped her around. The potion was the key for me ( until then I was the one getting the whoopin)

Save a lot. Hitting her from afar takes too long. I got in close, got in some good licks. It seemed that if you time it right by hitting her just as she is about to attack, her attack is aborted. As soon as your guy are looking tired, run away, rest, repair and SAVE and go at it again. Worked for me without ANYONE getting stoned.

Plain and simple, drop a firestorm or meteor shower on her, one will just about do her in, two for sure will. Or you can go hand to hand for some fun.
