Hey, I'm sure you probably already answered this but I'm new so... where ARE each of the golden skeleton's parts at?

the torso IIRC is in the brigde district, guarded by an elemental lich

It's not a skeleton's parts but a lich's parts.

There is one part (Golden Arms & Legs) in the basement of the Cult of the Unseeing Eye. There is the Golden Torso in a small house in the Bridge District (southeast corner area). Take them two to the Docks District and find the right house. Enjoy. ;)
