No, just in the difficulty due to the tougher monsters encountered. There are 21 randomly generated quests in the standard game. It is generally acknowledged that the "Hives" quest (the one with all the wasps and bugs) is the most difficult.

If you have all the patches (up to lvl 1.05b) then you can download custom quests other players have made and even make your own with the Questeditor [img]smile.gif[/img]
