Ok...I am dearly frustrated. I thought I would be able to take down Kangaxx. Killed the two liches with little trouble. Kangaxx went down with even less trouble. But as soon as the Demilich came out...bye bye party. Picked them off one by one with imprisonment spells. I even had a timestop scroll I used before he could even get any spells off. Had the daystar sword and casted sunray(no affect) and tried hitting him with it...also no affect. I had destroyed all protections on the lich form, but does he automatically get new protections without any notice?? HELP please! I would really like that ring.

Try using a protection from magic scroll on someone, they can be bought at the Adventure Mart, I believe that it will block imprisonment.

Bye the scroll of protection and Warblade. Arm your self with the Warblade, since a +4 weapon is the only effective weapon against him. Use the scroll to protect against all of his magic.
You can also use the staff of Rhynn.
Try putting your unprotected party members away from him. Sunray may work but you have to eliminate his protections spells using Dispel, Pierce and Breach.
