Hey, I entered a mini that Christi painted in a contest at a FLGS a few weeks ago, they judged them the same day, but I had work, and four small girls wouldn't have wanted to spend a day at a gaming store (not that I had my Hackmaster stuff to run a game there anyway), so we took off. I went back today and we found the mini on display, it was the Peoples Choice 3rd Prize

(there were the category winners, and those who didn't win from the various categories went into a people's choice pool which the mini got 3rd prize in) The mini she painted was This one

The prize she won was was This mini

I'll try and get some pics posted when I get the entry back at the end of the month, and the Boar demon's pics when he's painted.

We usually paint together when we paint mini's, but with my carpal tunnel I've been finding it hard to finish painting fig's, so my entry wasn't ready. I should post some of our other mini's, they look pretty good if I do say so myself.
