The girls school sent us out a 13 pound turkey with all the fixings :D only bad thing is I am gonna have to cook it soon :/ but am happy because we still had not gotten our shopping done *blushes* seems we are last minute shoppers [img]graemlins/biglaugh.gif[/img] anyway, hope everyone has a happy holiday, and for those who do not celebrate it...I will eat enough turkey for you ;)

Turkey is ALLVAIS to dry when i eat it any suggestion how to make it not so dry Stormy?

coat it in butter then cover it when cooking it with foil or a brown paper bag.

note, if using the brown paper bag, coat it in grease or butter before putting the turkey it, it helps hold moisture in it...

Cook it upside down... my Mum swears by it, and her turkey is always brilliant! :D
