I had Jan quaff a bunch of Potions of Master Thievery and he pickpocketed that Cowled Wizard who has the Ring (can't for the life of my remember his name right now). Then when I went through the Planar Sphere quest and had to fight him, I got the Ring again when I beat him! Having TWO Rings of the Ram was a nice bonus when I went up against Kangaxx... =p

I always forget to use it. Is it

It does from 5-30 damage with no saving throw.
