< < < < < < < < < Cause of the Install of ToB my Character gains his special abilities (greater whirlwind, assassination, etc) already in SoA, so is it cheating using them??? |
naw use it to ur advantage it'll be fun smackin around irenicus
with 10 hits per round |
Well, I have the same situation, and I do not feel that it is. Did you "jack" up your character w/ shadowkeeper? I removed the xp cap, so some may say that is. I have not lost any sleep over it yet.
|
Yep, removed XCap, forgot that. Anybody knows, how far a fighter/mage/thief can go without removed XCap??
|
True true. I think if one is going to play a char like yours then it is ALMOST neccesary to remove the cap. I would.
|
The question should not be so much "is it cheating" as "are you enjoying your game"?
If it's yes, then who cares? It's not an exam! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif ------------------ http://www.angelfire.com/anime2/memnoch/memnochsig.gif |
I agree, its really about the enjoyability of it. I was in the same boat as a mage, (removed xp cap, then installed ToB and started again from the beginning of SoA) I used Shadowkeeper to keep my XP DOWN so I wouldn't go over the level I was already at (19) before ToB, and that is one option. However, your choice to get your levels and abilities now is just as valid. I just wanted to save something new for the expansion. Like Memnoch said, it is all about the fun.
