I was wondering im getting loads of these gems but i realy have no single clue on what to do with them or what to use them for and in the meantime i have already 5 gembags full...
Someone please tell me...

Most you can sell. Save 1-2 of the most unique and expensive (diamond, rogue stone, beljuril, star sapphire), as they sometimes have special uses.
