I have too many spell lying around its taking up inventory space that I need. I found two scroll cases, both at the promenad....but I can't find anywhere else that sells them. Imput woulb be greatly appreciated.

You can get another one in the Dock District from the merchant in the South-west during the day.

Umar Hill has one too I think.

A Tradesmeet merchant will have one too after you settle their Genie problem.

Scroll cases can be bought from the lady who sells scrolls at the back of the Adventure Mart and there is a merchant selling scrolls on the walkway above the Den of the Seven Vales.
