I found the pylactery in the HALL OF HEROES and put it in the third tomb on the right. Nothing happened. I went to see the ghost at the beginning and his dialogue did not change from the start,( I believe he should offfer me a key to get into wyrm's tooth) also I went back to get the pylactery from the tomb I had left it in, and it is no-where to be found. The Lich keeps reappearing, and I am in a perpetual state of no movement forward. Have i discovered a glitch in this game? I have downloaded all patches.

Its o.k. folks... after replaying it 5 times the gem re-appeared so its onward to Chapter 5
