when i played w&w i did not learned with my priset vine spells,so i did not have them at the bigining of the game.
then i turned my priset in to a monk and i could not learn the vine spells at all.
only in the end i turned one of my charictors in to a zenmaster and got the vine spells,at cets pyramid.

so in the hole game i could not heal the posin with out posions.

so just remember to learn that spell craft' there are alot of good spells there.

The most important vine spell, IMHO, is Cure Poison :D

And remember... Rangers can learn vine as well.

As long as you become at least level one in a school of magic, you can continue learning it throughout the game, no matter what your class. The standard rule about learning spells at half your level if it's not a native spell school still applies, though.

Ah, this must be why my Paladin and Monk can't learn Cure Poison yet even though their Vine magic is level 4.

I made it a point to get cure poison before I go to the snake temple... Next I have to prepare for the damn Lillies!

Hey Wyvern... I may have screwed up... Just got through the serpent temple. But forgot to get the Tome before I left... Is it still possible to get it?

I would hope so! Go back in and try. Game can't be SO linear that such a mistake can't be corrected!
