Hardly. But I did just buy a new memory card and I also got Charter High Speed Internet today. So I went from a lousy PC to one that is a lot faster than what I am used to. The memory card I got was a Kensington 512RAM 184-Pin DIMM PC 2700 333M It was $90.00 with a $35.00 mail-in rebate to lower it to $55.00. From what I can tell, I think I got a good deal but I don't know diddly about buying hardware.
Anyway since I'm so excited about its performance now I was wondering what on-line games I should consider buying/playing. I've had Battlefield 1942 and its expansions for quite some time. Having only playing single player I'm eager to try multiplayer. I also have NWN and SoU. I've played that for only a month now in single player trying to get used to the new rules so I'm still very much a newbie and a little unconfident about going multiplayer with that one. I also have a paycheck telling me to go buy something else, but I can't decide. Since I've never done any on-line gaming I was looking for some pointers to get me started. Get NWN HoU, The CEP and other Hak paks and come and join us in Undermountain! There are plenty of us there to help you out with the rules and stuff.

That sounds good. I've already downloaded the CEP so I just have to get HoU. I was gonna ask you some EfU questions here but I'll just go over there and do a little lurking.
Hope you all are adding your Spoiler tags. |
I would recommend something like Battlefield Vietnam(you seem to like 1942), either that or something like a command and conquer style games (RTS)
Also, for those who play Escape from Undermountain, what kind of connection do you need? I have the expansion packs and would like to play. |
