For some reason the Jarheira Romance never activated. How do I turn it on, using the CLUAConsole commands?

I believe it was something like
CLUAConsole:SetValue(JAHEIRAROMANCE,1)
and
CLUAConsole:SetValue(JAHEIRAROMANCEACTIVE,1)
although I'm not sure if SetValue is the right command.
Give it a try though. (Did you try buying the amulet for her at the docks? I believe that item started it in my first game.)

I've heard of the amulet. But I dont know who sells it or where. I have already killed the Local Harpers, with Jaheira's aid. Is my Reputation too high, for her (she's neutral, and doesnt like high reputations, too good)?

By the way. I hear there are 3 values for the Romances 1,2, 3. Which is which? Is 1 not started, 2 started, and 3 over/missed?

1 = beginning stages of romance.
2 = advanced stages of romance.
3 = romance over.

Romance with Jaheira is only possible if you are human, elf, half-elf, or (I think) halfling. It begins when she says to you, "Well, where to now, fearless leader?"

Actually, 2 is romance ended on good note, while 3 is ended on bad note (or kicked out of party at one point). Only a 1 will keep the romance going.

Noooooo, I beg to differ. I'm in a game right now with Aerie as a romantic option, the variable is at 2, and the "lovetalk" counter is still advancing. If the romance does end on a good note then the variable will stay at 2, but then again who says that such a romance is truly over? http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif

Interesting point. I am playing half-orc Barbarian and Jahera just asked me "In which direction should we go?" Is she starting the romance? I finished poisoned man, Xzar, curse and "summoned to Harper hold" quests.

IIRC, it's one of her little "lovetalk" messages but she'll ask it of any protagonist. It's just to indicate to you how she has divided loyalties. I don't believe you'll find it going any farther than that. If you have Shadowkeeper you might check the global variables to see.
