I have just started playing this game and am in the crypts, but I am stuck. I an talking to a guy who wants a nice piece 'O rat, and I have gone into the water and keep killing the crypt barracudas, but can't reach the gem behind the grate, and can't reach the keys either. I have the bauble stick.

There is also a door w/ a angel holding a sword, and the frame of the door is covered in skulls, it has a recepticle to put something in there and I think it is the bauble stick. I also can't clinb back up the way I came to get to the room w/ the angel statue.... So basically I am very stuck.. .HELP!

Talk to the Rat Keeper about the bauble stick. This will help with one of the two things behind the gate under water. The other you cannot get just yet. So don't waste your time. To get back up the broken stairs run up the stairs (holding shift) and jump before you fall off. If you are looking upward at the time you will get a longer jump. (May take some practice. It did me.)

As far as this angel with a sword... where is that? That may be the answer to where I am stuck. I think I may know what goes in the hole. BUt I cannot find the angle or the door.

Nevermind I found the door... you said angel with a sword and that threw me... You will find out soon after the previous thread what the recepticle is for.
