Look, i need to know some stuff. What is with druid grove? i am lvl 14, and i am leader of druid grove, so what is it for? Also, is there any way to go back to the underwater city after the underdark?

The druid grove is your stronghold since you are the leader, you should have two quests assign to you (eventually) if I am not mistaken.
As for the underwater city, no you CANNOT re-enter it legitly, but if someone can give you the area code you can MoveToArea there through the console cheat.

Other than the quests, it is a nice indoor garden where you can sleep.

You can literally store items anywhere with chest and containers in the game, just don't leave stuff lying on the ground.
