Yeah, down there in the sewers, in the temple district, there is this lich, and after you kill him you find sold gold bones. What in the nine hells are they for???

In the docks district (near Mae Var's Guildhouse) is a building with a sarcophagus in its cellar. There you get the quest to collect the lich bones. There a two houses in Athkatla which contains the bones (one you've found already), the other is in the Bridge District. When you have collected the bone parts return to the house in the Docks district and prepare yourself ...
