Actually, the Transformers soundtrack sounded a lot better in my nostalgic mind than when I actually heard it again after ten years or so. You've got the Touch was, like, epic to my 8 year old mind, but now it mostly sounds incredibly cheesy... Ah well, I guess that's how it goes with most things from one's youth. I agree some parts are cheesy, but that's part of the charm!

Still, a lot of the other songs are sutiably 80s rock-worthy and dark, though that could be my INCREDIBLE bias. :D

If you liked the original comics check out the new Dreamwave stuff, especially the trade paperbacks, good stuff!

I was just wondering if anybody could help me - I'd like to set up my own little online radio so that I can pass out the link to a couple of friends and basically mess around.

I've downloaded the Shoutcast plugin for winamp which supposedly does the job, I've entered the details of server stuff as best I can - I can see no erroer - but it just fails to connect, no matter what... I got Winamp, the radio still would not work and when I try to save the link I get an error message saying that the link could not be saved, because the file might have been moved or deleted. What can be wrong?

WOW!!! I have never heard Poltergeist...Hmm, well the song sounded really good until the woman started signing, only because I just like the beat.

Yeah, the Dreamwave comics are quite good I guess. The first G1 6-parter was actually quite awful (bought issues as they were released through Dutch stores, but the decompressed story telling really got on my nerves - and after 6 issues, we still had zero character development and only a storyline that could have fitted in only one issue, or at least that's the impression I got).
Things got slightly better with the second G1 6-parter, though they kinda lost me with all the Vector Sigma mumbo jumbo, which felt more like a deus ex machina than a really interesting plotline. The current ongoing G1-series is getting better and better, though; especially the fact that Furman only focuses on a few characters (Starscream, Sunstorm, Bumblebee, Jetfire, Jazz, Sunstreaker and Sideswipe) really does help to tighten the focus tremendously.
Didn't care all that much for the War Within and GI Joe vs TF stuff, but perhaps I'll give those a shot at a later time.

dplax, don't save the list, just open it.

I'm out of suggestions. :( Maybe Ziroc knows one.
