ok,just a quick question, how do you get rid of level drains and energy drains?

Go to a temple and have the priest restore, or use a restoration scroll, or have a cleric (if you have one in your party) cast restoration (you may not have access to this spell yet).

Have a cleric (or temple, if you want to waste money) cast Restoration. Also, you can buy scrolls of Restoration at the temples, for future use.
