Do you have at least a 17 in the primary attribute for any other class? Example: to dual to a mage you need at least 17 Intelligence.

That's possible. Keep in mind he needs at least 17 in the most important class ability score, so if you want to dual-class him to a thief, you'll need a 17 in Dexterity. Likewise, if you want to dual-class him to a mage, you'll need a 17 in Intelligence. Druids and Clerics need 17 in wisdom. Does that give an explanation for your problem? http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Well, you should really try and put more information in your post. I am almost certain that this isn't a bug, you just didn't make the appropriate character for dual-classing.

1. you need to be human. Only humans can dual-class
2. you need to have at least 16 Strength (the prerequisite of the fighter class) and at least 17 in the prerequisite stat of the class you want to dual to

Is the character you want to dual class a human?

One more question. Are you trying to dual class to a specialist mage ? Certain mage types have allignement restrictions aswell.
